Room Attendant Job Description

Overview: Red Bear Inn seeks a detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and arrange guest rooms.
• Change bed linens and clean bathrooms.
• Replenish amenities and minibar items.
• Vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces.
• Maintain common areas and supply rooms.
• Report damages and assist guests.
• Handle lost and found items.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina for cleaning tasks.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Hours:

• Part-time with flexible scheduling.
• Opportunities for additional hours.

Pay:

• $16.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE.
