We're looking for an experienced Large Loss Adjuster to manage complex, litigated liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims exceeding $500k. You'll have the autonomy to settle your claims, work with legal counsel, and make a real impact on our team.

What You'll Do:
Manage Complex Claims: Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle litigated liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims exceeding $500k.
Direct Defense Counsel: Retain and direct defense counsel to effectively manage litigation.
Negotiate Settlements: Utilize your strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable claim resolutions.
Travel for Legal Proceedings: Travel for mediations, settlement conferences, and trials as needed.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Experience handling litigated commercial bodily injury claims.
Decision-Making Skills: Demonstrated success in exercising independent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation competency.
Injury Exposure Knowledge: Knowledge of evaluating injury exposures.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Aptitude for Legal Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with legal counsel.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid or Remote: This position can be fully remote or hybrid if you live within commuting distance from one of our offices.
